About The Bethels:

| There has always been something special about the blending of voices from the same genetic family. The Bethels have captured that unique and special harmony in their renditions. Although they seek to please their audiences with a variety of gospel styles, their personal favorite is Southern Gospel. Some of their accomplishments include, Semi-Finals Winners for Gospel Light Concerts in 2005. They placed 7th out of fifty groups in the National Quartet Convention Talent Competition for 2006. The Bethels were nominated for "Best Trio" in the Eddie Crook inaugural awards for 2007. And their single release "He Chose This Valley" appeared on the Singing News Top 100 List for Gospel Music for several months. The Bethels have always been a family group and remain so today. The current group represents the fourth and fifth generation of Bethel Family Singers. The group consists of sisters, Deanna "Bethel" Morgan and Donna "Bethel" Fontaine, with the addition of Donna's daughter, Wendy Showalter. |
